We have all been there! I want to… ‘clean the attic’,’clean the garden’, ‘the garage’, etc, etc We know we can do it simply because we have done it before, but we may not have the internal power to do it just now! Well, I am at the same situation! I prioritise ‘important’ aspects of my life and I simply do not have the time to do the rest! It’s time to change that bad habit! It’s time to ask ourselves : “How to develop a habit in 21 days?!”. Is it even possible?

Why do we think it is impossible to achieve that goal? Why do we give up after we read a few articles on the topic?

Well excuses, laziness, boredom, depression, no time, lower priority you name it! I know I had to put a stop to it, so decided to read on habits and how to develop one. There are plenty of interesting articles out there [google search], but a few got my attention and I will base my ‘research’ on this article – How Long Does it Actually Take to Form a New Habit? Is it possible to develop a habit in 21 days!?


The simple answer to this otherwise philosophical questions is Yes, of course!

No, but really, how ‘easy’ it is? Well, this is what I will test myself! In the next 21 days (starting 11/04/2015) I will aim to develop a habit! To keep everyone informed (like anyone cares) with my progress I will post an update every seven days!
